Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries, washed and halved
- 200 g green asparagus, cooked and cut into pieces
- 50 g rocket
- 100 g blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons seeds of your choice (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, etc.)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Cooking steps
- Prepare the vinaigrette: in a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and black pepper.
- Place the strawberries, cooked asparagus and rocket in a large salad bowl.
- Add the crumbled blue cheese and seeds.
- Drizzle with the vinaigrette and toss gently.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the freshness of this summer salad.

For even tastier asparagus, you can lightly grill it in a pan before cutting into pieces.
You can also add other fruits to this salad, such as peaches, nectarines or raspberries.
If you don't like blue cheese, you can replace it with another soft cheese, such as feta or mozzarella.
For a more complete dish, you can add grilled chicken or smoked salmon to the salad.
